    Ya'll! I have followed Ben Carpenter on social media for a while. As someone who was once 300 lbs, and continues to improve my health with little steps all the time, I love his content. I love that he calls out posts that are harmful or inaccurate. I love that he admits working on your health doesn't immediately mean working on your weight (though I have lost over 100 lbs over the years). I know he uses some language that will make some of you cringe or cover your ears but I still highly recommend this book.

    Facts, figures, pros, and cons for all parts of fat loss. He goes over different types of diets and factors. If you want just the facts about fat loss without the fluff and unbiased, this is your next book.

    I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. It's a fantastic guide through the dark forest of research papers that are usually confusing to someone like me. It’s not only informative but also thought provoking.

    I’ve been following Ben on social media and his playful banter shines through, making it easy and fun to read and apply the research to my own busy life.

    The book has brought clarity to the way the way I approach diet, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their own choices with a healthy lifestyle.

    I very much enjoyed this book. Learned a lot and appreciate that Ben took the poo out of the dieting mystique. Complete clarity in his writing style and gets down to the truth. There's so much bad information floating around from the fitness industry. I feel confident that this book will help me to reach my goals. Ben knows the science behind fitness and gives it to you straight. I highly recommend Everything Fat loss. It's an easy and enjoyable read.

    Ben Carpenter is fantastic author and fitness trainer who is definitely changing the narrative in diet and fitness culture. I appreciate his humor and no bs way to share what a healthy balance is suppose to look like. I have and will continue to learn so much from him. He someone who I believe wants show the world eating a candy bar at the movies or beer at a bbq doesn’t do anything to your overall health. It is part of the journey and enjoying your favorite things in moderation is the key to overall health.

    This book is definitely a must read. I discovered Ben through his wife, Sohee, on Instagram, and was immediately captured by his thoughtful, science based content. I personally have struggled with my weight for many years, and have tried countless diets, books, and supplements, all to no avail. This book breaks down the science of weight loss in an understandable, approachable way, and has helped me realize I don’t need to lose weight to be happy, but if I do want to lose FAT, the best approach is whatever is sustainable for me. Thank you Ben!!

    Ben Carpenter is the most honest person on the internet in the fitness world. I started watching his videos a few months ago, and now I dig through all his videos looking for honest knowledge about everything fitness. If you trust anybody to tell you real information, trust Ben. He doesn’t profit from sponsorships and he doesn’t sell himself out for false products. Not many people aren’t in it for the money anymore. Everyone else just wants the get rich quick money. Not Ben. He’s intelligent, funny, honest, and kind hearted.

    Took me a while to get through it but I finally finished the book and it was so great! I’m not a professional but I have studied a bit of exercise and nutrition and embarked on my own fat loss journey that I’m still in. This helped so much to clarify what different ways of eating do for you with research and graphs to back it up! I found myself sharing so much of what I learned with my friends. Definitely worth reading!

    If you consider yourself a nutrition/fitness enthusiast, or just someone that has consistently struggled with weight loss time and time again, I highly recommend this book. I’ve been a big Ben Carpenter fan throughout my fitness and weight-loss journey, so when I heard he was writing a book I couldn’t wait for it to come out. His approach to weight loss is one of empathy and understanding, focusing on the fact that people are so drastically different that you can’t prescribe a “one size fits all” weight loss plan. Instead he focuses on giving you the building blocks you need to understand exactly what it takes past the usual “calories in, calorie out” that we’re so used to hearing.

    This is the book. This one. Don't even consider any other books about weight loss. Delete them out of your cart. Put them back on the shelf.
    So many times I've read a diet book and been sucked into the hype of how easy it is, how the fat will just melt away and stay away. Oh the lies! This book is the first honest, well researched book about weight I have ever read. It doesn't just talk about weight, but also the science, the social complexities, and the mental health factors that we can forget so easily when reading those other hyped up sales pitch diet books. Well worth spending your money on.
