    My colleagues and I love this workbook and we make copies for our clients all of the time. It's especially helpful when having them track their distorted thinking and try to figure out the antecedents/triggers, feelings, behavioral responses, and consequences linked to them. This then assists them with altering their thinking, often by discovering and challenging their beliefs tied to these. Highly recommend!

    If you are a clinician or a patient this workbook is so much help. Easily understood text and forms - with examples. I find CBT very helpful in stopping depressive/anxiety spirals and putting in time with the workbook is making a world of difference for me.

    Wow! I was not expecting what I found with this book. It has been a friend, a shoulder to lean on, a resource that has uncovered hidden things within me. I thank God for this as it has helped me so much! I chose this edition rather than the former one and inside the author states that so many of the applications and methods have been updated - this book includes those updates 🙌🏾👏🏾

    I use it at night and often time, can only get through 1-2 pages because of the richness of the content. Thank you Dr. Riggenbach!!!
